Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a motivated attorney with 1–3 years of personal injury litigation experience for a growing Florida firm. We welcome candidates from plaintiff or defense backgrounds who want meaningful growth and hands-on case involvement.

The role includes direct client contact, drafting pleadings and discovery, depositions and hearings, and increasing responsibility as you develop. Base salary ranges $115,000–$150,000 with 1,800 billable hours annually.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of practicing experience in personal injury or related civil litigation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters and own assigned cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other substantive legal documents.
• Take part in depositions, mediations, hearings, and other aspects of litigation.
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and the overall value of cases.
• Work with more experienced attorneys on strategy and complex issues.
• Take on progressively more responsibility as your experience grows.
