Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of equity analysis experience (buy-side preferred).
• Interest in investment management and global markets.
• Passion for growth investing and pursuing a career in equity research.
• Familiarity with using Factset or Bloomberg.
• Strong accounting and finance skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas, presentation skills, decisiveness and curiosity.
• High impact, independent thinking and drive.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new investment ideas for assigned portfolios.
• Analyze markets, industry publications, data releases, earnings reports and regulatory events.
• Prepare written reports for Portfolio Managers with investment ideas and rationale.
• Recommend stocks within assigned areas.
• Review existing holdings and adjust as needed to meet investment objectives.
• Assess fundamental and technical trends to generate investment ideas and help asset allocation decisions.
• Monitor ESG developments affecting companies, sectors, and industries.
