Job summary

Blue Bird Corporation in Macon, GA is seeking an ambitious Future Leader Development Associate in Sales and Marketing to start a two-year, rotation-based program designed to accelerate leadership readiness.

You will rotate across core functions (HR, Finance, IT, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing), including at least one cross-functional placement, while contributing to real business projects and presenting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience or completion of relevant internship.
• Strong academic performance (preferred GPA ≥ 3.0).
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Authorized to work in the United States and will provide proof of employment eligibility at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact business projects and initiatives.
• Rotate across multiple functions to gain enterprise-wide perspective.
