Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates.

This 24-week, hands-on experience immerses trainees in all facets of Dayton Freight's operations, building knowledge of the company, culture, and transportation industry while developing future-based leadership skills to prepare for management roles. Trainees will rotate through experiences to learn the LTL industry, gain operations exposure, and cultivate leadership

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
