• Experience leading a team or shift supervision.
• Ability to manage 3–30 staff during a shift.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic cash handling and POS operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Make fast, accurate products following portions, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards.
