Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager in Development program in Augusta, GA. This role offers hands-on experiences in maintenance, construction, design, irrigation, fertilization, pest control and plant identification, with mentorship and structured leadership training.

You will work alongside crews, participate in branch management meetings, and develop skills to manage teams and projects, paving a path toward a management role within our nationwide landscape

Qualifications

• Certifications, Associate's or Bachelor's in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Business, or related preferred.
• Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape management industry.
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor to develop your own management style.
• Excel beyond textbook material and apply learnings in the field.
• Work hands-on with our crews in the field.
• Participate in monthly Branch Management meetings and review company financials.
