Pennoni is seeking a Graduate Landscape Architect to join our Leesburg, VA office and support a wide range of public and private site development, land development, and municipal projects throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline; recent grads encouraged.
• Experience via internship/co-op or academic studio in landscape architecture or site planning.
• Familiarity with greenfield or municipal projects is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe tools; familiarity with design software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with land development, landscape architecture, and municipal project documentation.
• Support development of landscape, planting, hardscape, site, and grading plans and permit materials.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, surveyors to integrate landscape elements.
• Review ordinances, zoning requirements, and agency comments for projects.
• Contribute to graphic exhibits, presentations, and technical plan packages.
