Responsibilities

• Oversee the production department of surveyors and CAD Techs.
• Schedule fieldwork, office work, and project deliverables.
• Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress.
• Prepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure scope compliance.
• Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
