Job summary

Twilio is seeking a seasoned fraud research professional to work remotely in the United States. You will perform independent research, collaborate with data scientists to build ML models, and continuously stress test our network for vulnerabilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fraud investigations, strong data analysis, and a proven track record in proactive fraud mitigation strategies. This is a remote role with travel for rare in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in complex data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Proven track record of designing and executing proactive fraud mitigation strategies.
