Job summary

CDW is seeking an Associate Executive Recruiter to support the execution of executive recruiting activities by providing coordination, research, sourcing support, and governance across time zones. This early-career role partners with Executive Recruiters and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and to build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling, logistics, candidate communications, and maintaining ATS/CRM records while upholding confidentiality and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or sourcing roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
• Exposure to executive-level recruiting environments.
• Experience supporting multiple searches simultaneously.
• Interest in developing executive recruiting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview scheduling for executive-level candidates across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Manage candidate logistics including interview itineraries, travel coordination, and meeting materials.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Prepare interview packets, candidate profiles, and briefing materials.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS, CRM, and executive search tracking tools.
• Support offer-related logistics, background checks, and pre-employment workflows.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality and governance standards.
• Conduct executive-level sourcing and research using LinkedIn Recruiter and related tools.
• Support development of executive talent pipelines through research and outreach.
• Assist with market mapping and competitive research.
• Develop candidate research summaries to support search efforts.

• Support execution of executive searches through coordination and tracking.
• Assist with initial candidate screening under guidance of senior recruiters.
• Track pipeline activity and search milestones.
• Follow established recruiting processes and suggest improvements.
