Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a Junior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to support North American eCommerce sites. You will help bring products to life online and learn the ins and outs of web merchandising from an industry leader.

You will manage and update product content across desktop and mobile, partner with merchandising, marketing, ecommerce and creative teams, review digital assets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; majors preferred: Merchandising, Marketing or Communications.
• 1+ years in marketing or project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• GA4/Google Analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product content across North American eCommerce sites for desktop and mobile.
• Partner with the Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to keep product pages accurate and engaging.
• Review digital assets and campaigns to ensure accuracy and to uphold Uline’s style guidelines.
• Submit and track creative requests for web updates.
• Use website data and feedback to suggest ways to improve the online shopping experience.
