Job summary

The Office of Arts & Culture – City of Sacramento invites emerging curators to apply for the 2027 Emerging Curators Fellowship, a funded, year-long program that will develop and present two exhibitions at the Robert T. Matsui Gallery in Sacramento City Hall.

One fellow will work with a curatorial mentor to mount two exhibitions (each four months), with stipend support and project funding. The deadline is September 9, 2026; guidelines are available online.
