Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a junior copywriter to work with senior writers and creative directors on themes and copy for digital, social, and print campaigns.

You will refine your craft through feedback, develop original concepts, and deliver copy that is engaging, accurate, and on-brand across multiple clients.

A strong portfolio and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio with a range of writing samples.
• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, creative writing, or journalism (or similar discipline) and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
• A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurized environment; absorb and apply constructive feedback.
• An eye for detail and strong research skills that ensure copy is accurate and error-free.
• A passion for writing and the willingness to learn from other creative professionals.

Responsibilities

• Mastering the creative processes and establishing connections with fellow creatives and account service professionals to streamline communications.
• Translating client messages into attractive copy aligned with the brand.
• Developing creative concepts and writing copy under supervision of a senior writer.
• Receiving and applying feedback to grow as a copywriter.
• Collaborating with account service and design professionals to devise creative strategies.
• Keeping copy consistent and identifiable for each client brand.
• Demonstrating knowledge of current trends and consumer behaviors.
• Consistently meeting assignment objectives and deadlines.
• Participating in brainstorms with thoughtful contributions that move brands forward.
• Presenting work and ideas both internally and to clients.
