ARCO National Holdings seeks an entry-level Project Manager (Construction) in Bellevue, WA. You will handle managerial and administrative tasks, assist with estimates, scheduling, and coordination with owners and design teams.

The role emphasizes learning through hands-on responsibility in a design-build environment. The position targets engineers or construction graduates with 0–3 years of PM experience, and offers growth, comprehensive benefits, and exposure to large-scale design-build

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• 0-3 years project management experience with a general contractor preferred but not required.
• Experience running ground-up projects in warehouses, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or lab/pharma facilities preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and schedule projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely progress reports.
• Coordinate design reviews with owners and design teams.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection processes; manage value engineering ideas.
• Lead bi-weekly job site meetings and monitor progress against the plan.
• Ensure adherence to budget, scope, and client requirements.
