Qualifications

• Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of litigation from inception through resolution, trial, and appeal.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Manage discovery, document review, and fact investigations.
• Assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, consultants, and litigation teams.
• Handle matters involving construction and commercial disputes.
