Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an Engineer-in-training to build a comprehensive understanding of the construction business from day one. You’ll engage in formal training and mentorship across project management, field operations, and business processes, gaining hands-on experience on active projects.

You will learn budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination while embracing Clark’s culture of accountability, safety, and client focus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Interest and passion for the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Project Management: understand day-to-day and long-term financial management of construction projects.
• Field Management: learn site logistics, ensure quality and safety on jobsites.
• Project Development: participate in budgeting, estimating, and purchasing to develop new work.
• Business Operations: gain a holistic view of Clark’s organization and core functions.
• Drive Stakeholder Success: exceed client and partner expectations by anticipating needs and goals.
• Foster Business Growth: build industry connections to generate opportunities for Clark.
