Job summary

Cushing Terrell is seeking a Design Professional with 2–5 years of architecture experience to join our integrated architecture and engineering team. You’ll contribute to dynamic commercial projects and translate ideas into buildable solutions while collaborating with architects and engineers across disciplines.

Expected salary range is $57,000 to $65,000 annually, with opportunities for growth, a performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in architecture.
• A desire to expand the expertise of our team.
• Comfort with collaboration in all aspects of architecture design.
• A passion for knowledge transfer and work sharing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be comfortable collaborating in all aspects of architectural design.
• Provide an out-of-this-world experience for our clients that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
• Have knowledge of construction documents.
• Have relevant experience in construction administration.
• Have excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in Autodesk, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Have strong Revit skills.
