MoDOT is seeking an Emergency Maintenance Equipment Operator at the Greenfield Maintenance Facility to perform snow plowing and ice control tasks. You will operate vehicles, perform routine vehicle and equipment maintenance, and assist with related duties under supervision.
Qualified applicants must be at least 18, hold a CDL Class A or B with appropriate air brake status, pass a background check and drug screen, and be prepared for mandatory overtime or night work as needed.
Wage rates for emergency workers varies from $20.00/hour-$22.37/hour depending on previous employment with MoDOT. This position is also eligible for an emergency operations adjustment of $3 per hour every time you are called in except for scheduled training.
The emergency maintenance equipment operator performs routine, entry-level duties related to snow removal operations. Responsibilities are performed under direct supervision.
