Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in Kenosha, WI, seeks a Medical Director to lead our emergency care service with clinical involvement and strategic leadership. You will balance patient care, team development, and hospital operations to drive growth and excellence.

Offer includes a base salary of $175,000 with a production component, a leadership stipend of $30,000–$50,000, a $25,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent and eligibility for a Wisconsin veterinary license.
• Emergency medicine experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of leadership experience.

Your Role
