PetVet Care Centers' Taylor Veterinary Emergency in Turlock, CA is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Assistant to support veterinarians and technicians in daily tasks including cleaning, restraining patients, and clerical work. Qualifications

• Minimum of three or more years' experience in a veterinary environment performing all duties of this position.
• Experience with surgical monitoring, radiology, urgent care and triage.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet clients and guide them to examining rooms, record weights and vital signs.
• Assist doctors and technicians with medications and patient restraint.
• Perform laboratory tests and take radiographs.
• Maintain hospital equipment and clean/sterilize areas.
• Maintain medical records and documentation.
• Show up regularly as full-time staff and promote hospital services.
