Job summary

Central Maui Animal Clinic is seeking a Full Time Emergency Veterinarian to join Thrive Pet Healthcare in Kahului, HI. You will deliver real-time emergency care, triage, and critical assessment with a collaborative team, supported by Thrive’s nationwide network.

The role includes performing surgeries, managing hospitalized cases, and providing high-quality care. Compensation is competitive, with a PROSAL full-time range and generous benefits; experience in emergency medicine is preferred.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required with active state license.
• Active DEA license or eligibility required.
• Experience in emergency medicine or related internships recommended.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ER with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care for sick/injured pets and manage hospitalized cases.
• Perform surgeries and deliver critical care in emergencies.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Communicate with clients compassionately and maintain high service standards.
