Job summary
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Monroeville, PA is seeking Emergency Veterinarians to join our expanding Pittsburgh market footprint. We offer an annual base salary up to $170,000, production bonus potential with no negative accrual, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CE opportunities, and advanced training in endoscopy, ultrasound, and surgery.
Join our advanced facility at BluePearl Monroeville with on-site CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, and a comprehensive in-house lab and pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Requires Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from AVMA-accredited school.
- Completion of rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the applicable state.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with ability to make rapid assessments in emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency veterinary care to critically ill or injured pets.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and procedures to guide treatment.
- Communicate clearly with pet owners about conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
