Job summary

Thrive North Scottsdale is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to deliver high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You’ll triage, assess, and manage critical cases while collaborating with a skilled team to provide seamless patient care.

Eligible candidates will hold a DVM/VMD, have an active state license, and DEA licensure or eligibility, with experience in emergency medicine and small animal care expected.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent degree required.
• Active State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
• Experience in emergency medicine with small animal rotating, or emergency internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and in-the-moment emergency care when patients arrive.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.
• Oversee technicians carrying out plans and coordinate care.
• Perform surgeries and provide critical care for high-acuity cases.
