Job summary

Purovets in Arlington, Texas, is launching a brand-new 24/7 emergency hospital and seeks an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to lead urgent care for dogs and cats. This ground-floor opportunity offers independence, a collaborative team, and a chance to shape clinical culture from day one.

You will work 3 x 12-hour shifts on a full-time schedule, with a base salary of $170,000–$200,000 plus a monthly production bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of emergency/ER veterinary experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and surgical abilities.
• Calm under pressure with clear client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.
• Diagnose, stabilize, and treat critical patients as needed.
• Perform urgent surgical procedures and collaborate with staff.
