Qualifications

  • DVM/VMD with Georgia license or ability to obtain
  • Emergency/urgent care experience preferred; strong triage and stabilization skills
  • Excellent communication and client-service abilities
  • Interest in surgery considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent and critical care for dogs and cats in an after-hours, walk-in setting.
  • Triage, stabilize, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergencies using in-house lab and imaging.
  • Perform soft tissue procedures as appropriate for emergency care.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners; collaborate closely with a skilled support team.
  • Shifts align with an emergency schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
