Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) Holland location is seeking skilled, compassionate Emergency Veterinarians to deliver top-tier care in a fast-paced setting. You will join a veterinarian-led team committed to 24/7 emergency medicine and exceptional client communication.

As part of EVCC, you’ll work with a dedicated support staff while using advanced diagnostics to treat a diverse caseload, contributing to ongoing education and a collaborative culture across multiple Midwest clinics.

Qualifications

Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.
Licensed in state or eligible to obtain licensure.
Experience in emergency or high-volume veterinary practice.
Strong problem-solving and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate client care.

Responsibilities

Deliver emergency and critical care in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of emergency medical conditions.
Perform emergency surgeries and procedures as needed.
Communicate with compassion and provide support to pet owners.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to create case-specific treatment plans.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our Holland location needs skilled, friendly and energetic Emergency Veterinarians to strive for and achieve excellence in emergency veterinary medicine in the area.

As an Emergency Veterinarian at EVCC, you will:

Provide quality and compassionate emergency care to a diverse range of patients in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with a highly skilled support team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver emergency and critical care in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of emergency medical conditions such as trauma, seizures, respiratory distress, and other urgent conditions.
Perform emergency surgeries and procedures as needed.
Communicate with the utmost compassion and provide support to pet owners.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to create case-specific treatment plans.
Maintain accurate records and stay current on emergency medicine advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an AVMA accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program
Possesses state veterinary license in good standing or eligible to obtain one
Excellent problem-solving and ability to think “quickly on your feet”
Experience in an emergency or high-volume veterinary practice
Exceptional interpersonal skills and compassionate “bedside” manner, building trust and strong relationships with clients–both human and furry alike
