Essentials include a DVM/VMD, rotating internship in emergency medicine, and strong diagnostic and communication skills. We offer a base salary up to $178,000 plus quarterly production bonuses, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Essentials for Achieving Excellence at BluePearl :

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Completion of a rotating internship in emergency (ER) medicine and critical care (ECC) preferred but not required.
• Ideal candidate will have General Practice (GP) or Humane Animal Medicine practice experience.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
