Bulger Veterinary Hospital in Lawrence, MA, is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinarian. ProSal starts at $160,000+ base with production earning potential over $200,000. Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state licensure.

  • Soft tissue emergency surgeries a plus; additional surgical training available.
  • Demonstrated confidence in managing emergencies and making sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse caseload of companion animals.

  • Have the opportunity to cut a variety of soft-tissue emergency surgical procedures.
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.

Schedule: Rotating up to 14 shifts per month (including 4 weekend shifts per month), with an average 35 hours per week
