Hillside Veterinary Clinic, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, seeks a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our Dallas-area team. Earn sign-on bonus up to $75K and retention bonus up to $25K over 3 years, with a competitive base salary and production opportunities.

You will deliver real-time emergency care, manage hospitalized cases, and work with a supportive, nationwide network. Join a collaborative team focused on exceptional patient outcomes and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• Active State Veterinary Board license in good standing.
• Active DEA license or eligibility.
• Experience in emergency medicine or completing an emergency internship is highly recommended.

Hillside Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time Emergency Veterinarian, to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. Sign-On-Bonus of up to $75K and Retention Bonus of up to $25K over 3 years.

Our progressive compensation model is designed to reward your impact, offering a competitive base salary alongside production opportunities—with no negative accrual.

You'll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You'll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high-quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department.

Your Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
• State Veterinary Board License:
  • Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment
  • Obtained prior to start date
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
• Experience in emergency medicine or completion of small animal rotating or emergency internships is highly recommended
