Ethos Veterinary Health in Boulder, CO is seeking a Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian to join CASE’s ER team. Base salary is $150,000–$160,000 with production, on a rotating schedule including days, swings and nights.

Applicants should hold a DVM or equivalent and be eligible for state licensure, with internship or 3+ years in emergency medicine. The role offers extensive collaboration with specialists and a strong mentorship culture within Ethos.

Base Salary of $150,000 - 160,000 plus production. Applications deadline October 27th, 2026. Full-time opportunity in Boulder, CO Schedule: Rotating schedule of days, swings and nights, 10 shifts per month. 2-4 overnights per month.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse caseload of companion animals.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical conditions.
  • Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill or injured patients using evidence-based medicine.

What You Bring
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
  • Minimum Internship trained or three years of experience practice FT in emergency medicine for our ideal candidate.
  • Confidence managing emergency cases and making sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
