Job summary

ARISE, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, is seeking a full-time Emergency Veterinary Technician in Queen Creek, AZ. The role offers day, mid, and overnight shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule, including at least one weekend day. You will deliver exceptional patient care, support the team, and provide compassionate client service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in drug calculations and administration
• Experience in triage
• Experience in veterinary medicine and surgery
• Proficient IV catheter placement
• Proficient in anesthesia
• Strong knowledge of veterinary procedures and pharmacology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Quality nursing and husbandry care of patients
• Compassion, patience and empathy with clients and pets
• Familiarity with common dog and cat breeds
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology
• Education or experience in veterinary field
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
• Ability to stay calm, organized and professional in a fast-paced environment
