Job summary

Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida, LLC is seeking an ER Technician to join our emergency team at our Central Florida locations including Casselberry and Oakland. You will handle intake, treatment and discharge procedures, perform sample collection and IV catheter placement, and assist with surgical monitoring in a fast-paced ER setting.

We value a calm, reliable technician with at least two years of hands-on veterinary experience; ER experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience as a veterinary technician.
• ER experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Capable of intake, treatment and discharge procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient intake, evaluation, and discharge procedures.
• Perform sample collection and IV catheter placement.
• Provide support in anesthesia monitoring and critical care as needed.
• Maintain readiness of emergency equipment and documentation.
