Job summary

VetProCentral is seeking a Surgeon to join our growing emergency/specialty team in North Haven, CT. We offer full-time and part-time positions at a privately owned hospital with 24/7/365 care and Level 1 VECCS certification.

You will triage, diagnose, treat, and hospitalize or discharge emergency cases while collaborating with a wide network of specialists. Our North Haven ICU operates 7 days a week with a dedicated critical care team, and Guilford handles cats and dogs.

Responsibilities

• Triaging emergency cases and prioritizing care.
• Diagnosing and treating a variety of emergencies in dogs, cats, and exotics.
• Hospitalizing or discharging ER patients based on clinical assessment.
• Collaborating with internal medicine, anesthesia, critical care, and specialty services to ensure continuity of care.
