Qualifications

• Emergency Clinician who wants more than a job inside someone else’s finished hospital.
• Ownership pathway: ownership option or associate path with influence over medicine.
• No non-competes for associates.

Responsibilities

• You will practice in a modern emergency and multispecialty hospital where consultation happens in real time and complicated cases do not have to be managed alone.
• Care Navigation guides clients through the referral experience, Scribble provides ambient dictation, and Instinct serves as EMR/PIMS bringing patient care and workflow together.
• Production is paid monthly and tracked on a dashboard so you know where you stand.
