Job summary

HEALTHFLEET AMBULANCE, INC. is seeking a full-time Medical Transport Technician to provide patient transportation on BLS vehicles, working with EMTs to support patient care.

You will assist with transfers, operate vehicles safely, keep the vehicle clean, and coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely call completion while enjoying benefits such as health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clear history.
• Valid EMSVO certification
• Experience with BLS vehicles
• Good customer service skills

• Operates vehicle safely and professionally, obeying all traffic laws as well as company rules.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensures needed supplies are in place.
• Communicates with Dispatch to ensure all calls are completed timely.
• Provides a supportive environment during transportation of all patients.
• Assures gas supply is adequate in vehicle to avoid unnecessary stops.
• Demonstrates teamwork, professionalism, honesty and respect.
