Responsibilities

• Conducts initial telephone intake of transfer requests from referring hospitals, clinics and other facilities.
• Receives calls and sets up teleconferences with attending physicians, flight/transport staff and receiving teams.
• Operates transfer center lines, radio console, mapping systems and related equipment for air-based transport services.
• Coordinates with Life Flight and hospital staff to identify receiving services and transport mode.
• Maintains transfer documentation and reports, ensuring timely dispatch and accuracy.
