Job summary

Providence Milwaukie Hospital is seeking an Emergency Technician for a 0.9 FTE full-time role. The position covers weekday and weekend shifts on a variable schedule in the Emergency Department.

You will work closely with the emergency team to provide direct patient care, assist during procedures, and maintain sterile technique. Ideal candidates bring current BLS from the American Heart Association, PMAB training, and at least 1 year of relevant patient care or clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Required Qualifications: Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) Annually.
• 1 year relevant experience; patient care or clinical experience preferred.
• Experience acquired during certification or licensure process, military experience as medical personnel or senior clinical nursing student is also considered.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
