Job summary

Asante is seeking Emergency Services Techs in Grants Pass, Oregon. This on-call, variable hours role supports the Immediate Care and Emergency Department under the direction of a RN, FNP, PA, or MD.

Starting wage ranges from $21.86 to $30.07 per hour, depending on experience, with a schedule open 7 days a week (8:00–20:00). The ES Techs will be part of a team, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth department operations.

Qualifications

• EMT certification required upon start in Oregon (per state/services).
• BLS certification required upon start for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing care to patients in the Immediate Care/ Emergency Department under supervision.
• Work as a team member to promote the functioning of Emergency Services.

Position Summary

The Emergency Services (ES) Techs for Asante assist in providing care to patients in the Immediate Care/Emergency Department under the direction of the RN, FNP, PA, or MD while working as a team member and helping promote the functioning of Emergency Services.

Qualifications

Required Certifications

• EMT: Emergency Medical Technician certified by the Oregon Department of Human Services - OR - by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians is required upon start.
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare provider required upon start

Preferred Certifications

• CMOT: Certified Monitor Technician
• PHTLS: Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support
