• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in line with policies and nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings; reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates with the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
