Spyder Construction in Littleton, CO, is seeking an experienced mitigation supervisor. The role involves about 70% site work across the Denver metro and some office time for scheduling and file management.
Required certifications include WRT and ASD with S500/S520 knowledge, plus strong communication with adjusters and project managers. A valid driver's license is essential.
Littleton, CO | Denver metro job sites, about 70% field | $65,000 to $75,000 annually, salaried, plus full benefits
Run each job to standard, from first call to closeout
This role is a strong fit if you value a clear standard, a manager you can count on, and doing the job thoroughly the first time. It is not a fit if you prefer to set your own rules job by job, if documentation feels like paperwork that gets in the way, or if you are looking for a role built around sales or networking. Losses come in on their own schedule, so be ready for urgent calls and changing plans.
Reports to the Mitigation Manager. You direct technicians and leads in the field day to day, with no formal direct reports.
We would rather be reliably excellent than occasionally brilliant, and our mitigation work reflects that. You will own your jobs from start to finish, backed by a manager and a team that hold the same standard you do. Adjusters and property managers trust us because our updates are accurate and our files are clean, and that trust is built one job at a time. As our department grows, you will help shape the procedures and training that the next generation of technicians learns from.
Apply with your resume. After you apply, you will receive a short survey by email that takes just a few minutes. It is the only extra step before a real person on our team reviews your application and reaches out.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
