Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of Construction experience, water/fire damage, contents handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack customers' contents and perform on-location cleaning.
• HVAC cleaning and deodorization of facilities.
• Assist with inventory of site contents.
• Set up emergency services equipment and prepare contents for storage.
• Lift and move items into storage (50+ lbs).
• Environmental remediation including hazardous waste handling where required.
• Demolition assessment and removal of damaged materials.
• Adhere to EPA, OSHA and local safety regulations.
