Accounting Search seeks a Director of Emergency Services (RN) in Lake Havasu City, AZ to lead the ED with strategic and operational oversight. You will drive staffing, budget management, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations while fostering a collaborative team culture focused on exceptional patient care.

The role requires an Arizona RN license (or Compact) and BSN, with BCLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
• Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Master’s degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
• Manage staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relations.
• Enhance professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care through effective team management.
