- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain communication with dispatch for efficient scheduling.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked.
- Participate in team meetings and provide process feedback.
- Be dependable, positive, and professional as a team member.
