Job summary

The role requires active CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and preferably PALS/TNCC within specified timelines; ER experience is valued, with MICN/TNCC preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification strongly preferred within 6 months of hire.
• MICN strongly preferred within 2 years of hire.
• TNCC required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department nursing care using the nursing process.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate care with physicians and staff.
• Ensure patient and staff safety and infection control.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and charting.
