First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from 5:00 AM-11:00 PM.

Roles include assessing and monitoring patients in acute-care ER, triage, administering medications, coordinating care with physicians, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
