Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and participate in patient care using the Nursing Process within the standards of practice. The RN will collaborate with a diverse team to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety.

Requirements include a current RN license in the state of practice, a nursing diploma (with preference for higher degrees), and current BLS certification. Opportunities for specialty certification are encouraged.

Formación

• Required: Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area.

• Effectively uses the Nursing Process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies appropriate for diverse patients and families.
