Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking experienced Emergency Department RNs to join a Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 coverage. You will triage, assess, and treat a variety of emergencies, collaborating with physicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.

MA RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications are required or obtainable after hire; TNCC preferred. Competitive benefits, PTO, and a 403B are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Emergency Nursing experience strongly preferred.
• MA RN license, (AHA)BLS, (AHA)ACL S can be obtained after hire and PALS can be obtained after hire.
• Telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients based on acuity (ESI) and coordinate rapid assessments and interventions.
• Provide high-quality emergency care for diverse cases including cardiac, pediatric, OBGYN, orthopedic and respiratory emergencies.
• Collaborate with ED staff, physicians, and support teams to maintain patient flow and safety.
• Support behavioral health emergencies with crisis screeners and recovery coach resources.
