Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• ENPC must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• PALS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• RN license is required
• RN Diploma is required

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care according to Wesley Medical Center standards.
• Collaborate with the patient, family and health-care team to plan and coordinate care.
• Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and adjust care as needed.
• Ensure safety and cost-effectiveness in delivering patient care.
• Maintain effective communication within the care team and with patients.
