Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.

• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• CPI, ACLS and PALS certifications within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess learning needs and tailor teaching for patient and family.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources within the interdisciplinary team.
• Use data to evaluate outcomes and drive quality improvement.
• Ensure patient privacy and comply with laws and standards.
