AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in a full-time day-shift role in the United States. The position requires current RN licensure (BLS, TNCC) and a minimum of 2 years ED RN experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate them.
• Administer medications and treatments following orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
